How you opt in
Opt-in is collected in person, on paper. When you drop off your vehicle, you sign a Repair Authorization form that includes a labeled checkbox — "OK to text me status updates about my vehicle" — and a line for your mobile number. If you don't check the box, you are not enrolled.
